Training and workshop photography requires a specific approach. Above all, you cannot disrupt the process. I work in silent electronic shutter mode, moving discreetly around the room. Participants forget about my presence after a few minutes.

As a training and workshop photographer, I work with companies that organise educational events for their teams, as well as brands running themed workshops for clients. I've photographed training sessions and workshops for companies across industries, from finance through technology to law.
I know that at a training session, the most important thing is participant focus. I don't interrupt, don't ask for retakes, don't direct the group's attention to myself. I'm in the room, but I'm not visible. After a few minutes, participants forget about the camera and behave naturally.
